88xx Terms & Conditions — Player Agreement and Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or using any service offered through the 88xx platform (accessible at https://88xx.asia and any associated mobile applications or sub-domains, collectively referred to as the "Platform"), you ("Player" or "User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety, together with the 88xx Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and close your account if one has already been registered. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

88xx reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The 88xx Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 88xx enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) account on the 88xx Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, national identification number, residential address, IP address, device fingerprint, or payment method — are strictly prohibited. 88xx employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations. Duplicate accounts and all associated balances, including pending bonuses and withdrawals, will be forfeited upon detection.

2.3 Registration Information

Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and must update that information promptly if it changes. 88xx reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any registration detail at any time. Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

2.4 Geographic Eligibility

The 88xx Platform is operated for and marketed to players located in Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all local laws and regulations applicable to them. 88xx makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use in jurisdictions other than those explicitly supported.

3. Account Security & Verification

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 88xx account username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person or permit any third party to access your account. 88xx will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

88xx operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with best-practice standards for online gaming platforms. Players may be required to submit the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any point during the account lifecycle:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card, passport, or driver's licence.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three months, showing full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for transactions.
• Source of Funds: In cases where deposit volumes exceed threshold amounts, 88xx may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 calendar days of the request may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality. 88xx processes all KYC documentation securely and in strict accordance with its Privacy Policy.

3.3 Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 88xx support team immediately at [email protected]. 88xx will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

88xx accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment channels:

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a person other than the registered 88xx account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds where technically possible. 88xx is not responsible for transaction fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of applicable KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be issued to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where operationally feasible. 88xx reserves the right to process withdrawal requests within up to 72 hours for standard accounts and up to 24 hours for verified VIP accounts, measured from the time the request is submitted and all required documentation has been received.

Real-money balances derived from bonus winnings are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5 before they become eligible for withdrawal. Players may not withdraw funds that remain subject to an active wagering requirement.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, transactions, bonuses, and prizes on the 88xx Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 88xx does not operate multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required to process transactions via international payment networks is handled entirely by the relevant payment provider and is outside 88xx's control.

5. Bonus Terms & Wagering Requirements

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All promotions, bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives offered by 88xx ("Bonuses") are subject to individual offer terms communicated at the point of each promotion, as well as the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified account holders only. New-player bonuses are available once per person, per household, and per device.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and real-money funds are wagered separately. Real-money funds are used first in eligible games.
• Bonuses are valid for the time period specified in each offer. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Specific game contribution percentages are listed in each offer's terms. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting markets may carry reduced contribution percentages or may be excluded entirely from wagering calculations.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with an active bonus. Bets exceeding the stated maximum bonus bet limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 88xx reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if there is reasonable evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to chip dumping, matched betting using 88xx bonuses, arbitrage strategies designed to eliminate risk at the expense of the platform, or coordinated bonus exploitation across multiple accounts — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts reviewed for suspension. 88xx uses automated monitoring tools to detect irregular wagering patterns associated with bonus abuse.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Certified Random Number Generator

All games available on the 88xx Platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and specialty games — operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that ensures all outcomes are statistically random and independent of previous results. The RNG system is independently audited to confirm compliance with fair-play standards. 88xx does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.2 Game Providers

Games on the 88xx Platform are supplied by internationally recognised third-party game providers including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each provider operates under their own licensing framework and is responsible for the integrity and functionality of their respective games. In the event of a game malfunction, the provider's ruling on game outcome validity shall be final.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system failure, or game malfunction that produces an incorrect result or prevents the normal completion of a game round, the affected round will be declared void and any stakes placed will be returned to the Player's account. No winnings will be paid on game rounds that have been declared void due to technical malfunction. 88xx will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the voided stake.

6.4 Collusion, Cheating, and Fraud

Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through collusion with other players, use of automated software (bots), exploitation of software vulnerabilities, manipulation of game outcomes, or any other form of cheating or fraud will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities. 88xx employs real-time monitoring and manual review processes to detect such activity.

7. Responsible Gaming

88xx is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to minimising the potential harms associated with problem gambling. The following tools are available to all registered account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session reminders and maximum session durations to assist with time management during gameplay.
• Reality Checks: At configurable intervals, the Platform will display a notification showing the duration of the current session and net win/loss position.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion from the Platform for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to [email protected] and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, account access is suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Account Cooling-Off: Players may request a short-term account suspension (cooling-off period) of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days if they feel they need a break.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88xx Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account, whether personally or through third parties acting on your behalf.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering activity, including structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any non-human interface to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit any aspect of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches to generate winnings that would not arise under normal gameplay conditions.
• Conducting or facilitating charge-back fraud on any deposit transaction.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play intended to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus terms.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access your account or use the Platform in any capacity.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 88xx Platform — including but not limited to the 88xx brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, source code, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 88xx or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any element of the Platform without the prior written consent of 88xx.

Any unauthorised use of 88xx intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88xx shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, network failures, or service interruptions beyond 88xx's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by the Player in relation to gameplay, betting, or financial management.
• Inaccuracy of information provided by third-party game suppliers in relation to game rules, return-to-player percentages, or outcome histories.
• Actions taken by 88xx in good faith pursuant to these Terms, including account suspension, withdrawal delays pending KYC, or bonus forfeiture for rule violations.

In all cases, 88xx's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that Player's 88xx account at the time the claim arises.

11. Amendments & Termination

11.1 Amendments

88xx reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where amendments are material, registered Players will be notified via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11.2 Account Closure by the Player

Players may close their 88xx account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.3 Account Closure by 88xx

88xx may suspend or permanently close a Player's account with immediate effect and without prior notice if the Player is found to be in material breach of these Terms, if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, or if continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the Platform. In such cases, 88xx will communicate the reason for closure to the affected Player where legally permissible.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms and all matters arising out of or in connection with your use of the 88xx Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between a Player and 88xx, the Player must first contact the 88xx support team at [email protected] and provide full details of the dispute. 88xx will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 calendar days of receipt of all relevant information. If the dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, it will be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English.

12.3 Language

These Terms are published and shall be interpreted exclusively in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

12.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

12.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the 88xx Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and 88xx with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
